Dental 🪥 Care of Livonia is a very pleasant and professional service. My dentist really took her time to explain the procedure and her assistant rub my shoulder for comfort cause I was receiving multiple injections (ugh!!) with that rub and dentist talked through the entire process they BOTH relaxed my nerves a great deal. First off my appointment was at 12:30p.m. I arrived early as asked I checked in my appointment time had arrived but it was 15 minutes after my appointment time I asked the receptionist when will I be seen with a very rude voice she says I don't know I then said to her you don't have to be rude. She replied in a very nasty voice. I, I'm sorry, ma'am, no I didn't accept her apology because it wasn't sincere, then she started laughing and said whatever , ma'am , so that upset me , I had words with her , then she goes to the back with the goofy looking receptionist , nicky and tells her what happened i then tried to explain myself, and I was talked to, as if I was a child and told to shut up and go sit in the seat, I then realized that these people that work here are rude and will trigger me. So then the goofy looking receptionist Nikki had the audacity to tell me to leave my appointment, which I had no problem with because with the service that I received today, April 2nd 2026. I\n Had no intentions in coming back, I suffered through a illness of anxiety, as I told the goofy reception is Niki, and she disregarded my illness and I will be filling a complaint because this has really t

Their service was excellent! I had a tooth that was infected and needed to be removed immediately. And I called, and they were able to get me in within an hour. I was unable to help myself due to the immense pain I was in, and they filled out everything for me. ( i looked like I was about to pass out ) I very much recommend them!

I had perfect visits at Dental Care of Livonia. The girls that work at the front desk are amazing! So friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased with my dental work done by Dr. Danielle. She did an amazing job and I’m very pleased!

Fantastic visit today. Best exam and cleaning I’ve had. Very thorough and professional. The entire staff was so very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for anything more!
